Sheriff's sale of foreclosed Northridge Mall won't happen until spring

Bill Penzey will have to wait until at least spring for his chance to bid on the former Northridge Mall.

A Milwaukee County judge officially entered a foreclosure order for the property on Milwaukeeâ;€™s far northwest side on Sept. 27. She ordered a six-month redemption period before a sheriffâ;€™s auction can be held, meaning the auction canâ;€™t be held before March 27, 2014.
