Sheriff's sale of foreclosed Northridge Mall won't happen until spring
Bill Penzey will have to wait until at least spring for his chance to bid on the former Northridge Mall.
A Milwaukee County judge officially entered a foreclosure order for the property on Milwaukeeâ;€™s far northwest side on Sept. 27. She ordered a six-month redemption period before a sheriffâ;€™s auction can be held, meaning the auction canâ;€™t be held before March 27, 2014.
The 800,000-square-foot property, once a bustling shopping mall, has sat empty since it was closed in 2003. Bill Penzey,â;€¦;
