Rogers Memorial clears hurdle for new center

Rogers Memorial Hospital is expected to receive approval in May from the Summit plan commission to open a treatment center on a peninsula between Upper Nemahbin and Lower Nashotah lakes for patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder.
