Milwaukee chefs use extra hour of daylight-saving time for good cause

You werenâ;€™t planning to use that extra hour of daylight-saving time to sleep, were you?

Some Milwaukee chefs are putting it to much better use in a cooking competition to help the hungry.

During the first-ever â;€Âoe;Serve Taste Giveâ;€Â; on Nov. 2, chefs will have one hour to create and serve dishes based on the six most preferred items at area food banks plus a surprise protein, according to a news release.
