Karl Kopp's planned Walker's Point pizza restaurant approved
Milwaukee restaurateur Karl Koppâ;€™s plan to restore a Walkerâ;€™s Point building for a new pizza restaurant gained unanimous approval Monday, although city officials were perplexed by one aspect of the design.
Kopp has plans to restore the 1871 Milwaukee building at 100 E. Seeboth St. at the bend of the Milwaukee River. The vacant building is perched between two busy neighborhoods: Walkerâ;€™s Point and the 3rd Ward. The Milwaukee Historic Preservation Commission approved Koppâ;€™s plans on Monday.
