Construction union head eyes labor pact for Northwestern Mutual project

The leader of Milwaukeeâ;€™s construction trades union said he plans to negotiate for a project labor agreement, or PLA, requiring union-level wages on Northwestern Mutualâ;€™s office tower development.â;€Âoe;Sure, Iâ;€™d be crazy if I didnâ;€™t,â;€Â; said Lyle Balistreri, president of the Milwaukee Building and Construction Trades Council.
