Commercial Real Estate in the Greater Madison Area
You’re invited to our annual Commercial Real Estate seminar for the Greater Madison Area. Gain an understanding of the current market and learn what’s necessary to make informed decisions. Our 2013 speakers are Chris D. Caulum of Oakbrook Corporation and Tom Bunbury of Bunbury & Associates. Chris will share results from the recent Oakbrook Commercial Real Estate survey including an overview of current Madison area office, warehouse, light industrial, and investments sales, and provide insight on these markets. Tom will speak about the residential real estate market.
Chris has over 16 years of private sector real estate experience and has represented clients in the successful completion of over 200 sale and lease transactions since 2005. He specializes in the areas of office, industrial and vacant land, and provides an array of corporate real estate services including brokerage, site selection and negotiation, financial analysis, development consulting, and research. Chris is one of only 11 active commercial brokers in the state of Wisconsin to hold both the Society of Industrial & Office Realtors and Certified Commercial Investment Member designations, and one of just two SIOR’s in the state to have earned the "Dual Specialist" (office specialist and industrial specialist) distinction.
Tom has over 30 years of real estate experience and is the Founder and CEO of Bunbury & Associates. He is a graduate of University of Wisconsin-Madison and majored in Urban Land Economics. Tom has experience in dairy farm land, property management, and relocation services. He is a member of several industry affiliates including: National Association of Realtors®, Realtors® Association of So. Central Wisconsin, South Central Wisconsin MLS Corporation, Madison Area Builders Association, Madison Apartment Association, and the Greater Madison Chamber of Commerce.
