Wisconsin transitional jobs program helped unemployed, felons get jobs: Study

Wisconsinâ;€™s transitional jobs program has helped minorities, the long-term unemployed and convicted felons get jobs, but a study comparing the stateâ;€™s pilot program with similar initiatives in other states found that employers here were less likely to hire workers after the programâ;€™s subsidy period ended.
