Walker calls for income tax cut, property tax freeze
Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker, in his 2013 budget address Wednesday night, called for an income tax cut totaling $343 million and a freeze on property tax increases.
Walker said cutting income taxes and freezing property taxes would save a family of four with $80,000 annual income $272 per year.
