U.S. Bank sees bump in local small business real estate loans
U.S. BancorpÃ¢;Â€Â™s local small business lenders are seeing an uptick in southeast Wisconsin manufacturers borrowing to buy property or equipment, reversing a trend that started in the economic downturn.
The in-house trend identified by U.S. Bank officials is another sign of health for the local manufacturing industry.
