Milwaukee investor takes on shuttered Sheboygan auto parts plant
Milwaukee-based Phoenix Investors plans to refill the vacant, 288,500-square-foot International Automotive Components facility in Sheboygan with new tenants.
The building housed almost 170 workers in summer 2010, when IAC announced plans to close the facility. Phoenix Investors bought the building for $2.25 million and plans to convert it to house multiple manufacturing tenants, said managing director David Marks.
