Milwaukee chefs use extra hour of daylight-saving time for good cause

Some Milwaukee chefs are putting it to much better use in a cooking competition to help the hungry.
During the first-ever Ã¢;Â€Âoe;Serve Taste GiveÃ¢;Â€Â; on Nov. 2, chefs will have one hour to create and serve dishes based on the six most preferred items at area food banks plus a surprise protein, according to a news release.
