The 80/20 Rule for Life and Business

The number one tactic Dane County business owners chose for weathering the 2010 economy was "improve internal efficiencies," according to the 2010 First Business Economic Survey of Dane County. Our February seminar topic will focus on one way to achieve this efficiency: The 80/20 Rule.

Joe Hahn of Smith & Gesteland will explain how to apply this basic principle to your life and business. He’ll briefly explain the concept, explore applications, explain the potential impacts and benefits, and provide four easy steps to implement the rule.

Joe is a Strategic Advisor in the Profit Enhancement Solutions Group at Smith & Gesteland. Joe is recognized as one of the finest acquisition and assimilation experts to come out of Illinois Tool Works, and has extensive experience and a history of involvement with over 100 different companies. He specializes in turnaround situations and in developing strategic growth platforms, and has an unblemished record of success in each of these areas.

Joe has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Northwestern University, and an M.B.A. from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. He is an outstanding public speaker, teacher, and executive coach.
