The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection reviews services for food processors.

This session, presented by the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (WDATCP) is designed to give food processors an up-to-date overview of relevant regulatory requirements, as well as how to access free review services that can help you prepare for your plan or equipment review.

Glenn Goldschmidt, a Registered Sanitarian and a Supervisor in the technical work unit with the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture Trade and Consumer Protection-Division of Food Safety, and Steve Ingham, Administrator of the Division of Food Safety in Wisconsin’s Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (WDATCP) will present helpful information for companies who work with their agency.

The session will also reveal the types of content the WDATCP looks for when reviewing a plan or equipment review.

Glenn Goldschmidt is a Registered Sanitarian and a Supervisor in the technical work unit with the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture Trade and Consumer Protection-Division of Food Safety. Through the course of his routine duties he provides guidance to industry and regulatory in the areas of sanitary equipment design and process control.

Steve Ingham is the Administrator of the Division of Food Safety in Wisconsin’s Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (WDATCP). The Division’s mission is ensure that Wisconsin’s residents have access to "Safe Food, Honestly Sold."
