Our 2011 speakers are Bob Bach and Mark Winter. Bob Bach will cover the U.S. commercial real estate leasing and investment market and the forecast for the economy as it affects commercial real estate. Bob is Senior Vice President and Chief Economist, for Grubb & Ellis’ national market publications covering the office, industrial, retail, and investment markets. A member of the Conference of Business Economists and the Counselors of Real Estate, he authors the company’s national market publications, is a frequent speaker at industry events, and is quoted widely in the trade and business press, including The Wall Street Journal, New York Times and Bloomberg. Bob has 30 years of professional experience in real estate market research, consulting, and city planning.

Mark Winter will share results from the 2010 Grubb & Ellis|Oakbrook survey including an overview of current Madison area office, warehouse, light industrial, and investments sales, and provide insight on these markets. Mark Winter is Senior Vice President and Principal of Grubb & Ellis|Oakbrook Commercial Real Estate, Inc. He has 28 years of experience in the commercial real estate business specializing in investment sales, acquisition, development, and tenant/landlord representation.
