Where have all the good folks gone? The same people seem to turn up to work but they are not performing the way they did! Numbers off the mark are expected, but what's happened to their behaviors? How can there be 17 million unemployed people and not a decent sales person among them? In this economy finding talented employees to augment the sales operation should be easier... shouldn't it?

In this program Sales Coach, Consultant and Trainer, Jacqui Sakowski, will try to relieve some of the frustration associated with the challenges of managing, motivating and recruiting sales professionals who can sell, and will!

She will share thoughts on recruiting strategies and resources, sales management activities and motivation techniques.
Jacqui Sakowski is President of Sakowski Consulting, LLC. Her sales career began in 1981, selling power tools for Black & Decker, as one of only six women in a sales force of 120 representatives. Since then she has built a successful sales and sales management career covering five continents.
When business brought her to Wisconsin in 1998, Jacqui met her husband Robert, and later that year relocated to South Central Wisconsin. After conducting a comprehensive market study, she launched Sakowski Consulting, LLC in 2001 to bring her skills and experience to businesses in North America. She speaks regularly at conferences and conventions around the region and the country. The second edition of her book, The HEART of Selling, was published in February 2008. Jacqui writes sales advice columns for the Capital Region Business Journal, CUNA Mutual Group and Isthmus Publishing.
