Commercial & Consumer Real Estate in Milwaukee - The Latest Aspects & Trends

Are you wondering what the state of commercial real estate is in the Metro Milwaukee area? If so, our April Networking Event should provide you with some answers. Tim Brunow, Senior Vice President of MLG Commercial, will cover various aspects of the office property market in the Metro Milwaukee area. He will include a discussion of vacancy rates, lease rate trends, pending new developments, and general market conditions. Tim has done extensive work compiling market research on the Metro Milwaukee office market, while building relationships with many Milwaukee area businesses. Tim attended the University of Wisconsin - Madison as an Evans Scholar, and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate and Urban Economics. He is a member of the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association and NAIOP. He is a licensed Wisconsin real estate salesperson and a member of the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association. Tim is also president of the University of Wisconsin Evans Scholar Alumni Association.

For the second part of the seminar, Professor Mark J. Eppli of Marquette University will discuss single-family housing trends. Mark is Professor of Finance and Real Estate at Marquette University. He is widely published in a range of commercial real estate topics and is co-author of Real Estate Development: Principles and Process. Prior to obtaining his doctorate, Professor Eppli worked in commercial real estate for PM Realty Advisors and GE Capital. He has served as a consultant to a number of finance, real estate, and government entities. Professor Eppli was the recipient of national awards from the Greater Washington Urban League and the Urban Land Institute for his efforts to attract minorities to the real estate profession. Professor Eppli holds an M.S. and Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin, in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics.
