Chairman of First Business Financial Services rings closing bell for Nasdaq
Jerry Smith, chairman of First Business Financial Services, Madison, rang the closing bell for the Nasdaq market on Tuesday.
The action was in recognition of the bank company’s public offering of nearly 1.3 million shares of common stock, which closed on Dec. 21.
It was the first public stock offering for First Business, parent company of First Business Bank, Madison, whose shares have traded on the Nasdaq market since 2005.
