First Business Bank Madison opens its doors as a “niche” commercial bank

1995

First Madison Capital Corp. is formed; renamed First Business Capital Corp. in 2002

1997

Formed M2 Lease Funds LLC; renamed First Business Equipment Finance in 2008

1999

First Business Investment Services created; trust powers granted in 2001 and renamed First Business Trust & Investments

2000

First Business Bank Milwaukee opened

2005

First Business Financial Services registered as a public company, listed as FBIZ on NASDAQ

2006

First Business Bank - Northeast Region created

2008

First Business Bank - Northeast Region enters the Green Bay market

2012

First Business Launches First Business Factoring
