Biography

Pauline Hittesdorf oversees the division's brokerage operations and is also a member of the retirement services team. She assists both plan sponsors and participants with their service needs, and coordinates the enrollment materials and employee presentations for our retirement clients. Pauline manages the division's marketing and compliance efforts. She is also responsible for database management and organizing the training and business continuation efforts within the division.

Pauline has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry with extensive work in brokerage operations, retirement services, and investment management. Pauline is a graduate of Madison Business College.
