Biography

Marcy Gudgel leads the operations department. She is responsible for database management associated with daily trust operations as well as communications with key administrative service providers.

Marcy has worked for First Business Bank since 2003 in a variety of capacities including Client Support Specialist and Client Services Representative. Prior to joining First Business, Marcy served as a Personal Banker at First Federal Capital Bank.

Marcy earned her B.S. from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. Marcy is an annual participant in the Relay for Life walk and the American Cancer Society walk.
