Biography

Beth is responsible for managing the Treasury Management function in the bank as well as developing and managing a loan portfolio. Beth has worked for the last six years as Chief Operating Officer at Holt Smith Advisors in Madison. Prior to that she had been with Associated Bank in Madison for almost 15 years. Her responsibilities during that time included business development and commercial loan portfolio management, as well as managing both the business banking loan officers and the treasury management sales and service staff. She is a graduate of Leadership Greater Madison and is currently a board member of Community Health Charities of Wisconsin and Benedictine Life Foundation.
