Biography

Jim Ropella has worked in the commercial banking industry for over 25 years, specializing in finance and accounting. He is a graduate of St. Norbert College with a degree in Accounting. Prior to joining First Business Financial Services, Inc., Jim was Treasurer of US operations for Fiskars, a consumer products company. He also spent 17 years with Firstar Bank, now known as US Bank, where his final position was Treasurer.
