Biography

Tom has worked in the equipment finance and leasing industry since 1981 upon graduation from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, and has been with First Business since early 2006. His first 17 years were with two prominent national equipment finance companies, before moving into the bank-affiliated equipment leasing business in 1998 with U.S. Bank Equipment Finance and then Wells Fargo Equipment Finance.   

Tom has been helping Wisconsin-based businesses for most of his career, guiding companies to effective equipment financing choices relating to cash flow, taxation, and accounting management.
