Biography

Kurts is responsible for managing existing client relationships at First Business Capital Corp. He has over 20 years of banking experience, primarily in asset-based lending. Past asset-based lending experience includes positions at Associated Commercial Finance, LaSalle Business Credit, Firstar Financial Services, and Norwest Business Credit. He graduated from Augsburg College with an accounting degree and the University of St. Thomas with an MBA. He has been a board member of local chapters of the Turnaround Management Association and Association for Corporate Growth.
